AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Project Unredacted mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Project Unredacted ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of the App.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Project Unredacted is a mobile application that provides entertainment content related to unexplained phenomena, conspiracy theories, UFO sightings, cryptid encounters, government programs, and related topics. All content is presented in a "classified case file" format for entertainment purposes.

LICENSE TO USE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Project Unredacted app on your devices in accordance with these Terms.

You May:

• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Save favorite case files to your personal collection
• Share case file information with others through the App's sharing features

You May Not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the App's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Redistribute or republish App content without permission

USER ACCOUNTS

Some features of the App require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Keeping your account information updated
• Not sharing your account with others

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

DECLASSIFIED ACCESS (PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION)

Declassified Access benefits include:

• Ad-free experience
• Access to complete archive of case files
• Full theories, evidence, and witness reports
• Exclusive content and features

Billing:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free Tier:

• Free users have access to limited content (first 2 theories/evidence items, 1 witness report per case)
• Free tier includes advertisements
• Features may be limited compared to Declassified Access subscribers

CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content

All content in the App, including text, images, graphics, logos, case file information, and the "classified document" presentation style, is owned by or licensed to Project Unredacted. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Entertainment & Educational Use

Project Unredacted provides entertainment content exploring unexplained phenomena and conspiracy theories. Content is presented in a fictional "case file" format and should be understood as entertainment, not factual reporting. Any resemblance to real events is presented for entertainment purposes only.

User Content

By submitting any content to the App (such as feedback or support inquiries), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

Content Disclaimer:

• All case files, theories, and content are for entertainment purposes only
• We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of any theories or claims presented
• Content may include speculation, unverified claims, and fictional elements
• Nothing in the App should be taken as factual or as professional advice
• We are not responsible for how users interpret or act on the content

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROJECT UNREDACTED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the App

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Unredacted, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Displaying a prominent notice in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Requiring acceptance of updated terms for continued use

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't agree with changes, please stop using the App.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Project Unredacted regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.

WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
